 Located
on just the outskirts of Gilbert over looking Lake Ore-be-Gone is this
beautiful campgrounds. It has 57 campsites ranging from tent sites to complete
RV hook up.there is running water, showers, picnic grills, fire rings,  firewood,
dumping station hiking trails, the Mesabi Railroad Biking Trail pass within
a stones through, they also have boat landing, fishing piers and a swimming
beach. Cost is under $20.00 per night. You'll find friendly people to point
you in the right direction for things to do. Call early to schedule your
site as they do fill fast.
Also located about 1/2 mile east of Gilbert on highway 135 you will find
the new Iron Range OHV Park. 
A trail will lead you from the camp ground to the park if you want to ride
your 4 wheeler, dirt bike, etc. 
The park has been in operation for two years now and many have put it to
use. If you don't have a 4 wheeler you can rent one from Adventure Rental,
just a few blocks north of the camp ground. For more information on rental

doing a couple of dives in the morning take a few hours off and ride the
many trails the OHV Park has to offer.
There are different levels of experience trails to try from the beginner
to the advanced rider. 
You will meet people on the trail at one of the many side rests where you
can over look the trail or the scenery the Iron Range has to offer. Whether
you like to just ride the trails or take on one of the many mud 
holes you will have a load of fun. Then take in dinner and gear up for
a good night dive.
